As of March 31, 2013, our property portfolio consists of eight institutional quality office buildings comprising approximately 2.4 million rentable square feet. Primarily Class “A” assets, the majority of our properties are located in supply-constrained submarkets with high barriers to entry and strong real estate fundamentals.
