Portfolio Profile

As of December 31, 2008, our property portfolio consisted of 23 institutional quality office properties comprising 4.3 million leasable square feet. Currently, approximately half of our total portfolio, on a leasable area basis, is owned in partnership with institutional investors. Primarily Class “A” assets, the majority of our properties are located in supply-constrained submarkets with high barriers to entry and strong real estate fundamentals.
