The Board of Directors of Pacific Office Properties is comprised of seven distinguished and highly seasoned professionals in the fields of real estate, finance and investment. Led by Chairman of the Board, Jay H. Shidler, our Directors are dedicated to serving the best interests of our shareholders. The Board reviews management’s strategy, approves and implements governance policies, monitors its own performance and the performance of top management, and provides oversight of financial reporting and legal compliance. A majority of our Directors are “independent” under the listing standards of the American Stock Exchange.
