Dallas E. Lucas President and Chief Executive Officer, Director Dallas E. Lucas is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., which he helped to found in 2008. Mr. Lucas also serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Company's advisor, Pacific Office Management, Inc. Prior to the Company's formation, Mr. Lucas served for five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Maguire Properties (NYSE: MPG), a real estate investment trust focused on the Southern California market. During his tenure, Mr. Lucas was instrumental to Maguire’s initial public offering and to the growth of its market capitalization from $1 billion to $3 billion. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Lucas was involved in the crafting of corporate strategy for NorthStar Capital Investment Corp., a $2.5 billion privately held real estate investment company, as its Director, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Lucas was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE: CEI), where he was integral to the company’s 1994 initial public offering and its subsequent four-fold growth in total market capitalization to $1.6 billion. Mr. Lucas began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company in 1984, leaving the firm as an audit manager in 1993 to join his then-client, Crescent. Mr. Lucas received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant. « return to management team
