Michael C. Burer

Michael C. Burer is the Executive Vice President of Operations of Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., responsible for all property level operations including oversight of leasing activities and approval of capital investment decisions.

Mr. Burer previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance for the Company where he was in charge of financial management and played an integral part in the acquisition and disposition process of its western U.S. portfolio. He served in similar capacity upon joining The Shidler Group in 2002.

Prior to joining The Shidler Group, Mr. Burer worked for Chestnut Properties, a San Diego based real estate firm.

Mr. Burer received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College and earned a Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of San Diego.
