At Pacific Office Properties, we care for, and support the communities in which we live and in which we own and operate our properties. We foster a strong spirit of community consciousness in our employees and are proud to have this characteristic ingrained in our corporate culture.

VOLUNTEERISM We encourage and support our employees in their endeavors to improve and enrich the lives of those less fortunate. Through SEVA (Service through Endeavor, Value through Action), our employee volunteer program, employees make a difference by volunteering time, talent, and resources to organizations and people in need. SEVA focuses its efforts to improve conditions for the homeless, hungry and special needs youth in our communities. PACIFIC CARES PROJECT In addition to the support we provide to our communities through corporate charitable donations, we have instituted the Pacific Cares Project. Pacific Cares is our company-funded, employee-directed community support and outreach program. The Pacific Cares Project calls for the Company to set aside, each year, $1,000 per employee. With these funds, Pacific Cares will contribute $1,000 to each one of our employees’ personally selected 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. In this manner, each of our employees is empowered to support those causes that resonate with them individually.
